Same. While this place is still tons better than most other internet comment sections, I'm fairly disappointed in how people are reacting. I can't even imagine how frustrating it is for Modell and company.

That old search function was essentially useless. Just using google to search for whatever you were looking for + AV Club worked 1000 times better.
After months of summer and reading distracting me from really playing anything, the early darkness of winter has once again funneled me back into my video game addictions.
You can't find the comment sections? Really?
That game was great. I suspect that most of it - except for maybe the Hoth level - wouldn't hold up today, but I played that for hours and hours.
I don't think he would do that. Also, Gervais does not seem like the type to take part in something like that.
I love that line. I liked The World's End but I never had that moment of realizing, oh my god, I love this movie.
I thought that too when I first saw the film, but seeing the other side of it made me appreciate it a lot more.
How do you like it? I read Cosmopolis recently and I actually didn't like it. It's obvious he's very talented, and I hate it when people say "real people don't talk like that," but I just couldn't stand how self-serious it was.
Quiet ball was also sometimes an option.
I like David Blaine's brand of understated showmanship.
Just like real golf…
If you'd actually read the article you would realize that your attempt at a sarcastic comment is really just an accurate statement.
He has a fork tattoo.
The CGI was subpar, but I agree with you.
It sucks that you're getting downvoted for an opinion, but it is interesting. I have some friends who are die-hard Breaking Bad fans, and not the "wrong" kind of fan like I see lots of people talking about around here, and they can't stand the 'Fly' episode.
Good to hear you're a Dan of the redesign. But would you also say you're a Dan… in real life?
If the comments were as well-reasoned as this, it wouldn't bother me. But at this point most of them have just been distilled into their base meme format and people are just posting for the easy likes.
Hand-drawn portrait? Not a fan? What?
Yeah, why would he have a bad attitude? All I see about the redesign are thoughtful, constructive comments like yours.
