Thank you :)
Thank you :)
That is pretty nice. I find it almost impossible to sleep sitting up.
That is a really interesting story ... I kinda want that Saturn too...
I'm glad they made the call early. There was no way they were going to pull that off in April.
The one time I rode Amtrak, my four hour ride turned into 11-1/2 hours of hell. I was never able to fall asleep. The kid in my car wasn’t crying, but laughing very loudly for 11 of those hours. I love kids. I love hearing them laugh. 11 hours of it, is not recommend.
Competition. Plain and simple. I love IndyCar for that. Yes, the big teams win most of the races, but on any given day, half the field has a legitimate shot to win.
Oh, hell yes! I want it, and I want it BAD!!!!
“And the top black? 10 year old me thinks so.”
Are you saying Spaceballs is not a documentary? Next you’ll tell me space RV’s aren’t really a thing!
Oh man, you’d win ALL the Radwoods if you showed up with that baby!
I’ve been driving RWD pickup trucks in Chicago winters for 20 years now. The only time I’ve ever gotten stuck in the snow, was in college when I buried my ‘98 S-10 up to the frame in a snow drift. I was out driving around in a snow storm (because it’s fun!), and I was behind a Lowes. Snow was being blown across a farm…
Yes, those who buy cars that often, leasing is a better way to go.
I like my tall car. You get over it.
I'm with you on the E-type, but I disagree that the Supra looks better in person. It's just as ugly, IMO.
I'm right there with you on the MKIV Supra. They look like bloated whale carcasses.
If one simply needs a reliable long term vehicle, something like these would be a smart buy and hold. People get hung up on depreciation, but if you buy a new vehicle, maintain it well (which isn’t hard on a modern vehicle), and keep it for many years and miles, the depreciation doesn’t matter.
I suspect many of these scrappers would not meet the hiring standards of those warehouses.
I love my battery powered impact. I regret cheaping out and not going with a brushless tool. The regular one I got has plenty of power, but it is SO bulky!
That’s why I just put stuff on the curb now, and let the scrappers have it.
In my area, there are many of them who drive around on garbage day pulling stuff off of the curb. Whenever I have something metal to get rid of, I put it on the curb and it’s gone within half an hour. They only get paid at the dump, and it blows my mind how much they drive around for how little they must make.
