You’re selling Bob short. He wants to buy TWO of David’s Jeeps!
You’re selling Bob short. He wants to buy TWO of David’s Jeeps!
Why not both?
Thanks :)
Edit: saw your follow up comment. Sarcasm not initially clear.
I’m with you on this one. That’s a cool honest work truck.
I think you should buy the finished motor and stick it in. Not to save money, but to save time. You have so many other vehicles to work on. You can then dedicate that time to getting the Mustang whipped into shape.
No shame in that, for sure. Some things are just not worth doing on your own.
It’s an interesting reaction people are having to open roads. I’m no stranger to normal/minor speeding, but these days I rarely crack the speed limit. I’m never in a hurry anymore. I’ll save me speeding luck for when I actually have a deadline to get to a destination.
Definitely not a long term solution, but it is what's happening.
My brother-in-law works for Metra, the commuter rail system in Chicagoland. Metra’s ridership is down 97%. I’m sure most of that is because most people are working from home or not working at all, but I guarantee some of them are driving now, to avoid being with the public.
They are INCREDIBLE! And the only way I eat brussel sprouts.
That would be awesome! My wife makes incredible burgers, with chopped up bacon in them. And bacon wrapped brussel sprouts. And homemade jalepeno poppers ... Wrapped in bacon.
“Now it’s Golden time to finish up the engine refresh on my 1979 Jeep Cherokee Golden Eagle, then by the summer, I’ll focus on the Candy Apple Red 1966 Ford Mustang.”
Oh David. I love you ... but you are batshitcrazypants :)
This is excellent! You should not feel dirty for flipping it. You’re getting this Jeep on the road, and off to another owner who can use, appreciate, and hopefully fix it up. This is a very good thing. Even better, is the funds will help get that Golden Eagle on the road, and that baby deserves to fly! It’s a…
My mom bought one of these new. Dark blue with a matching velour interior. It was her favorite car ever.
Back when we were waiting to see which car got picked, I was rooting for the DeltaWing. I thought it was really cool, and I always rooted for it in sports car competition. However, your assertions that it would have been safer and would have brought the IndyCar series more success, don’t hold much water.
Dude. No. Just no. They’re just going to rot in your yard. Tell them to give them to someone who actually needs a vehicle to get to work.
Yes! That Eagle does deserve to fly! This makes me so happy to see.
Man this sucks.
