Yess! This bothered/bothers me my whole life. Growing up Japanese people would complement me on my large eyes and high nose or my pale skin but to me who just wanted to feel like I belonged in a culture that I identified with, it all sounded like they were just saying "you're different. You're different"

Rant//I otherwise don't mind twigs but I hate the way she has her mouth open 24/7. This morning's news segment on a particular Japanese news network was videos of drunken American squirrels acting drunk. (They had reportedly eaten rotten apples) I love the news here. We don't have city squirrels here like in the States.

I have tattoos and I will even take the shittiest ones with a grain of salt because people have their reasons and it's their bodies but I think getting the SAME tattoo as someone else without their consent is bad form.

Kimmy 's hair is looking a lot better on her when she doesn't have it slicked back like a newborn baby. It just looked slimy and all I could think of was placenta.
