35 people out of 1.4 billion over a period of 4 years. I think I’d worry more about getting struck by lightning, several times in a row.

There is absolutely no reason for this to be a slide show. What is wrong with you?

Saw a documentary (or at least a piece of one) recently where they were showing these rather massive underground storm drains for flood use in the Vegas area. Apparently, they seldom get used given the regional climate, so they’ve become homeless encampments. Kind of like underground cities. Hope those folks made it

Yes, you are the only one.  The denial here is because screwing the wife of a powerful tech mogul and supposed friend makes him an irredeemable piece of crap.  That contrasts with his other alleged transgressions which paint him as a redeemable piece of crap.

This, mind you, is how he looks as a billionaire who can afford all of the cosmetic treatments and tanning booths in the world.

wait so we say body positivity, but also body shame elon musk? seems the entire article is saying “ew, he has a weird torso”. a bit of a double standard no, jezebel?

Landfill reclamation, in which you dig up an old landfill and separate out things that can be recycled or reused, is certainly a thing, so it’s not like no one has ever done this. But it’s a difficult and costly process that can release all kinds of hazardous materials. Landfills are not static things – they stew and

He wants to inspires humans to make their own world better while he takes on the things that are beyond human scope (like

Based on phylogeny? No, they probably wouldn’t be considered different species.

Corkscrew locomotion makes sense, with the added bit of fun that it introduces handedness. All helices come in either right or left handed forms. DNA and alpha-helices are right handed, (now go examine all your rotini pasta, and which way all vines are twining). So is there a handedness preference in sperm locomotion?

Okay, firstly, Dziedzic isn’t that uncommon a last name, as found by a quick Google search. And, also, that boy was found last month:
