Everything about the Doctor being the Timeless Child was so dumb and pointless the episode itself went out of its way to say as much.  Therefore, I will be giving it as much mind as the next show runner will, which is to say not at all.

They probably didn’t hire Nicole Maines to work on every episode this season. It’s a fairly typical move for Arrowverse shows, just look at Cisco’s little walkabout on Flash this season, or Thea on Arrow the season before Willa Holland left.

They made a point of saying Argo City was restored at the end of Crisis, so I don't see why Allura would be dead.

There was a certain element of the show trying to justify Lena never learning the truth until she did, but on the whole I’m willing to write that off as an ungenerous read of the episode, and instead enjoy all the good things it brought to the table, like Thomas Lennon as Mxy, MxyFlix, BetaMyx, Alex and J’onn’s happy…

At first I figured the baby was the timeless child because of the Superman parallels, and maybe it still is, but some sort of virtual world related to the Cybermen also feels like a pretty safe bet.
