At this point who can keep track of where the timeline is supposed to be.

Felicity is currently raising Mia in a cabin in the woods.
I thought Nora’s “Why does this keep happening line” after she sees Damian was a nice enough acknowledgement that they keep going back to that well.
By and large it probably comes down to actor availability. Certainly when Cavanagh was still a part of the main cast it was both easier logistically and cheaper to have him play Thawne. The same is probably true for Armageddon. Plus, I think Cavanagh’s Thawne has more creepy menace than Letscher’s.
I absolutely adore that it was Legends most, well, legendary storyline that turned the tide for Barry. Beebo bless Damian Dahrk. Honestly it justifies the entire exercise. It would’ve been fun to have spent a little more time with the altered future, but I suppose actor availability played a role there.
Imo, the problem with this “event” is that the writers are throwing so many new concepts at the viewers (Joe’s dead, the “Justice League” has Injustice protocols, etc) that the entire story just feels unmoored. It also didn’t help that I completely forgot who this version of The Top was and the whole deal with Iris’s…
The Division sucks all the joy out of everything (and not in a good way), but having said that Yaz’s 1904 fits were fire, as the kids say (do the kids still say that?)
At bare minimum kara facilitated Clark and Lois’s trip to Argo in season 4, and she did call right before it blew up in Crisis.
Kara is on Argo City enjoying a much needed vacation with her parents before starting up her job as the new CatCo EiC.
This episode didn’t work quite as well for me because the Division/dark, secret history of the Doctor suuuuuuuuuuucks as a concept. And also because I've never been a huge fan of the angels, they too implacable an opponent.
Yeah, I think the rogue Gideon process was supposed to seed the idea that factory default Gideon would be bad news for the Legends, but it was a little fuzzy in the episode,
Bless this stupid, stupid, stupid show.
The Gideon Bishop has is a backup of our Gideon he stole when he was hanging out with the Legends last season that he reset back to the factory defaults so now she’s laser focused on keeping the timeline not screwed up (even for the better).
I still haven’t watched the last I don’t even know how many episodes of last season and I’m not really feeling the need to catch up.
Give Yaz something to do? That's just crazy talk.
I liked the bits where the main cast were playing other people. That’s always fun, Yaz as Vinder’s superior was a particular standout, as was Dan as his dog buddy. As for the rest *shrug* hopefully it all makes sense in the end, but that’s placing a lot of faith on Chibnall’s shoulders and well that’s not exactly…
No, that’s the Publisher’s job. The Editor-in-Chief’s job is to try to stop the publisher from hiring mad scientists to unmask Spider-Man.
Ehhh, I wouldn't say that. they first introduced the anti-Kryptonite suit when Benoist was unavailable due to a commitment on Broadway, and then used it very sparingly after that.
Just because they didn’t give us a scene of Kara with her true love — potstickers — in the finale doesn’t mean she didn’t crush a tray of them at the wedding reception.
It’s not just the CW, TV law is extremely strict about credits; they have to include all guest stars in the opening credits even if that spoils reveals later on in the episode. Shows can get wavers — The Americans did it once — but it’s apparently such a PITA that most shows don’t bother, and count on people not…
