Forgive the tangent, but I’m starting to wonder if we need to take a good, long look at how major games are covered. It feels like the news gets stuck in a feedback loop, where a game that’s good right out of the gate gets basically nothing but glowing praise, and a game that stumbles out of the starting box gets

Except actually playing it, which is something you haven’t done.

Jesus Christ Fahey we’ve got all these new Lays flavors and NOBODY’S TELLIN’ ME ABOUT ‘EM.

The Spirit is one of my favorite movies of all time and I will defend it until my dying breath. It’s a very silly movie but that makes it work; every cast member knows what it is.

Now if someone would save City of Heroes/Villains for me, kthxbai

The reason you couldn’t find Kamino is because someone erased it from the Jedi archives.

Anyone else find that the “shaped” Kraft macaroni and cheese is far superior to the boring old noodles? I assume they’re made of the same pasta, so I dunno what it is.

Lmao, it’s a good thing you took your disgust at the toxic online environment and used it to take the high road and bad mouth someone who just died. Ironic.

Putting “RIP” at the end of your disrespectful comment doesn’t make you less of a shitbird, just fyi.

Life in Aggro has some pretty nice art but pretty terrible layout/design.

If it works, Usain Boruto would’ve adopted the style.

Obligatory, “Fuck NcSoft” for killing City of Heroes.

The fact that this comment has any stars is worrisome, because it means there are people out there who genuinely think this is how game development works. It is not.

The people making skins are not the same people fixing bugs. They’re entirely different jobs and skill sets, that wouldn’t have anything else to do if they weren’t working on art assets.

I hate seeing these types of comments. The people in charge of making skins are not the same people who work on coding and bugs, they are entirely separate departments that have very little overlap. With that said someone in Q.A.(Quality Assurance) working on bugs does not work on artwork for the game. I suspect that

The people who make skins are not in any way, shape, or form, the people who fix bugs or improve gameplay. Artists are not designers. Artists are not programmers. Game studios have many people on staff, and many of the jobs are non-overlapping.

Yeah okay EGM. You got me once before in the 90s. NOT THIS TIME!

Fuck NcSoft.

I’m hoping that they’ll finally do something with Juno because for the past three or four games, all she’s done is act mysterious and claim that she has grand plans for humanity all while accomplishing nothing to further the meta-plot.
