There’s an actual song for that...
It funny, but my experience has been almost the complete opposite. I live in a pretty quiet family neighbourhood where many gay couples have moved to raise their kids and live the semi-suburban dream. My child has gone through the school system from K to grad- and the most stable married or long term committed couples…
That was my take.
Because it’s less effort than working on yourself and admitting you aren’t perfect in every way, just as the Lord made you.
It’s about butt sex. Now you know about it (Because “the gays”) you will want it from your wife. But if she doesn’t give it to you, you have to go gay to get it. I think that’s how that works. If I’m wrong, I’m sure the real reason is just as weird and convoluted in explanation.
If that’s the case, I have a very large group of best friends. Either I’m fickle, or am the most dedicated and social friend ever.
OH RIGHT! Sorry. There is NO WAY she would have done that. (it’s not like her, she isn’t that person, some of her best friends are coffee, etc, etc)
“I’m not like that. That’s not me.” comes after.
Nope. Not strange at all. While I was not as strict in my diet as this guy, I followed similar during my sport’s season. The week leading up to game day or multi day tourneys were single meal days. Giant meals, mind you- and taken at least 6 hours before activity. Started because no one wants to share a locker room…
And also thank your lucky stars there were no Sharpies available either...
My neighbours probably hate me- I have cranked this most recent A Tribe Called Red album multiple times. It should not be heard at normal volume. You have to play it loud enough that you can feel the drums beat in your chest.
Did you see Tanya Tagaq’s cover of Nirvana’s “Rape Me” at the Polaris ceremony? Holy shit.
Yes. Exactly. I worried about how something like this would further the supremacists’ narrative that POC are the “real” threat and that a “good guy with a gun” would provide the NRA further ammo for their shitty discourse too.
It’s forcing her to confront the fact they are actual people with feelings, deeply held beliefs, and lives outside of football- and not just big strong bodies hitting each other and passing a ball around. Also, they should be grateful because they make lots of money and shouldn’t ruin it with reality. Or something. I…
Terminal? Septic Tank Full? Dam Fail?
Wait till he hears that neighbours helping neighbours in a crisis is actually a form of socialism.
Yeah. That’s all I’ve got too. Poor Sharon. Forced to confront the reality that the players she watches using their strong bodies in ritualized warfare are actual real people who are affected by racism.
Or Celebrity Big Brother...could you imagine?
“...no justification for an adult punching a child in the face.“
Exactly where a person who has been “victimized” by a teenager should be.
