We have a neighbour somewhere on our street who has two kids under the age of three and if one starts crying, the other does. They sound exactly like squalling cats. It terrifies the dogs and offends the cat- who just sits there looking at us in outrage because we aren’t fixing it.

Oh man! My kid was in a Christmas concert (school) in grade one, and they sang a song called “It’s a Bad Wrap” and I regret not filming it. It was paaaainful. And they were all over the place and out of time. My sister sings it to my kid every year at Christmas just to mortify them. She’s a good aunt.

It’s very freeing, isn’t it? I had a friend during my teen years who had this gift and I envied her so much. I’m glad I finally came to my senses and developed the same freedom. It took till my 40's, but by god, it’s wonderful.
