There were actually TWO single nacelles ships in that scene; one on either side of the Enterprise. The larger one on the other side you don’t see as well as the little one, but it has a single nacelle that’s joined by two curved struts. Somewhat like the shape of the Oberth.

It was only for She Hulk, which is a comedy. The awfulness is very much intentional.

We live in a crazy time. I never would have thought I’d see people refer to the Star Wars prequels as anything other than an absolute cinematic dumpster fire. They are objectively terrible films. But people love them now.

No they can’t.

Complete PR bullshit.

Ubisofts market cap is about $3 billion. A $2 billion dollar deal seems like a massive risk for them to even consider.

Yeah, he was in the suit a decent amount for the first one, but has been pretty vocal about how uncomfortable it was.

That seems surprising since she has her helmet off far more than 2% of the time.

I’m normally of the same mind, but Incan definitely be won over based on the strength of the game and property. Spider-Man definitely did it for me. If the Star Wars game is competent I would ABSOLUTELY be onboard with finishing every stupid little task they have.

I’m assuming that that’s what the producer said, but that was my first thought also. That description cover nearly the entirty of both franchises.

I’m tempted to watch the second one o my because it has Frank Grillo. Honestly I thought the first Skyline was pretty terrible, and only interesting because it was a showcase on what a couple of dudes could achieve with CGI on a small budget.

Saying it was “forgettable” does not explain why it’s still beloved by so many decades later. The special effects were an undeniable ingredient in its success, but when people now talk about what they love about it, they talk about Pullmans speech or Goldblum or Smith. It had a LOT of ingredients that gelled in a way

You’re not entirely wrong, the first film is incredibly dumb, and is honestly the prototype for what dumb blockbusters became moving forward. But the difference is that the fun outweighed the dumb, and it gave us characters we actually cared about and wanted to follow. The sequel did none of these.

If they’re ready to end the series, could always make their final mission be to break Brian out of prison, after he gets convicted for banging a 16 year old. Seems like a nice way to honor Walker.

Maybe he left his family for a 16 year old?

I know the whole multiverse concept is the thing now, and the lines can get pretty blurry especially in the complicated Marvel Studios/Sony agreements, but does anyone really think for a second that he’s playing Mordo in in the next Venom movie? Does that honestly make any sense whatsoever, given both the amount of

No, it was halfway through filming before Daredevil was even announced. You probably didn’t realize it because they finished filming it all the way back in August, and then pretty much haven’t said anything else about it. Then they moved the expected release window of several series back a couple of times.

I’ve been a huge fan of Nicholas Hoult since he was on Skins, and have been thrilled by his success in the last decade plus.

I mean, that’s a fair arguement. But

Consideration by Filoni? Maybe. Consideration by the higher ups at Disney? Almost certainly not.
