If it’s worse than Civil War, it’s not by much. I gave them both 7/10. Lots to improve, but lots to like about both of them.

You can basically apply that logic to anytime they go in public. So they shouldn’t ever go anywhere? I’m the last one to defend anyone with the name Trump, but that seems unrealistic.

This is essentially my position. I’m not gonna get angry about it, but if they decide I need to fly with my knees in my chest, then they can deal with me bumping the fuck out of their seat every time I need to move or get something out of my bag.

It’s perfectly legal for people to recline in their seats, but, as someone who’s around 6'3", I will tell you it’s the exact opposite. Reclining the seat makes nearly no difference for the person in it, but those 2 inches make a HUGE difference to the person behind it.

She revealed that Ford wants its customers to pay 50 percent up front for the car, but since the price of the car is still unclear,

Yeah, it bummed me out when I found out about Pena, but reading several interviews with Haggis since he left has made me realize how easy it was (especially back at the beginning) to get sucked into that shit.

Trying to claim that all of this money is money that EA would have made had these guys not been selling “fake” coins is quite ludicrous. The buyers would most likely have found a different third party source instead.

I’ve deliberately left out the fact that J.J. Abrams was an executive producer of Person of Interest as it feels so distinctly not like the J.J. Abrams of Lost.

She’s screwed if she settles, but if she were to go to court it’s up to Fox to prove infringement. They’d basically be gambling on the judge’s decision as there isn’t a precedent for this that I’m aware of.

I think the streamer herself probably needs to read up on Fair Use, since she specifically seems to think it is a defense in her case. It definitely isn’t

Wow, virtually none of this is true. You absolutely DO NOT “abandon your rights” to your own work by publishing it on the internet. Others are not legally allowed (in the US or most major countries) to simply take your work and use it for themselves just because it was on the internet.

Yeah, there was the original Legends Iceman about 12 years ago, which I found terribly disappointing. Then there were actually 3 Iceman figures (all variants of each other) in the X-men Legends line about 8 years ago which actually weren’t bad, but were incredibly hard to find.

To each his own certainly, but most collectors seem to agree that this wave has literally the best sculpts in recent memory. Kitty, Rogue and Cable are just phenomenal.

A really great Iceman figure has been my biggest wish for decades now (I hated the first Marvel Legends figure). I would HIGHLY recommend tracking this on every down it's perfect!

It was basically done because

I understand the sentiment, but the Wolverine figures are STILL usually some of the first figures to sell out in these waves. This one commands nearly as high of a price as Rogue on Ebay

Yeah, it was a case of eight figures, and there were 8 characters in the wave. Some Legends waves have smaller BAFs as you said, and include 2 repeats, such as the last spiderman and Captain America waves.

When the loaner goes out of their way to hide the conditions of the loan from them.

I was so very excited about Combiner Wars, as it seemed like the closest to the G1 show we’ll ever get. And then this happened.

The cancellation of Infinity has apparently proven to be a gold mine for Kotaku articles. They’ve covered figures that were planned, figures that might have been planned, figures that were never planned but desired by fans... I feel like by this time next year they’ll be covering some sort of Schrödinger figures which
