Thank you for saying this. I am COMPLETELY down with ridiculous, over the top violence wrapped up in B level films, but Man with the Iron Fist was atrocious on the level of Battlefield Earth. Everything about it was offensively terrible.

With EA and DICE behind it I think it definitely will. Aside from the fact that it has a November release date, those two companies simply have the marketing power and money to make it happen. As well as releasing it in the same year as a new SW movie.

I hate to say it but Disney hasn’t announced anything about releasing the original cuts of the films. The link you posted is was one of a number of unsourced rumors that a bunch of websites posted last summer but there’s been exactly zero official messaging on it.
