If it had been a flaccid penis, would the loss be $3 billion?

I dunno. I think there’s room for anyone to shit on anything Meta/Facebook does. Facebook is social cancer that is eroding the fabric of objective reality. I think that’s a lot worse than anything Amazon does because it completely disables the ability to make positive changes for humanity together.

I’d say bitcoin hinges on the faith in the crypto concept, and this isn’t encouraging. This is the same story everyone is running today.

But, but, but, SUPERBOWL!? MATT DAMON?

The hype train always arrives late to the station.

Even if they are true, these are things I’d tell myself about a market whose big sell is its immunity from manipulation. Like, why buy into this at all if that’s all possible without a papertrail that’s obvious. I guess that probably applies to stocks as well, but doubly so for crypto which is based on nothing but

Of course, these are just two of the other NIMBY-type projects they could choose from. Nuclear is much better than coal, but it’s super scary to some apparently, so they can choose a dirty old coal plant if they’d rather.

I firmly believe that communities that protest wind farms for aesthetic and/or unhinge fantastical reasons should be forced to choose between a coal fired power plant or a nuclear power plant to be installed there as an alternative.

I found this cool article that explains the PSF for James Webb and why it looks the way it does. Pretty cool.

A weyland-yutani android, and this movie is actually the latest in the aliens franchise. Alien-Pandora wild life hybrids terrorizing the galaxy.

I’m only ok with this if it’s implemented as a Fabulous meter shaped like a dick that is ejaculating on the screen for an all gay cast.

There might be a solution to the magnetic field issue. A relatively small magnetic field placed at the L1 Lagrange point could shield mars from the solar wind. Here’s a paper about the idea from NASA a few years ago.

There are some proposed solutions for the lack of a magnetosphere, including this one to put a powerful magnetic field at the L1 Lagrange point to keep Mars in a kind of solar wind wake.

Are the drive-out tags permanently affixed to the altimas? I hail from Memphis, and all Altimas and Chargers have drive out tags as standard equipment well after their expiration.

I fully expect to see this as the lede on my local news.

over / under on these having machine guns before the end of the decade

How much of this is due to the exit of some predatory, data driven speculators like Zillow

These are who I would hire if i was trying a) skirt regulations and b) create a new abusive, anti-consumer regulation regime.

Weird how that space rock happened to land on Taiwan. What a tragedy! We’d better send a hundred thousand troops to help out with humanitarian aid.”

That looks thicker than half an inch, which brings me the question...why are Android watches so damn thick.
