The article isn’t about nudity as it is the harassing of tourists for money when they take pictures with them. The NYT covers both the topless women and the people who dress as characters pretty equally as being obnoxious and harassing tourists.

It’s pretty good! I just finished the first season and while I am not usually a fan of the courtroom drama-trope, I like it. ( I did just move away from chicago so part of that may be my homesickness talking though).
