That was the point where a father and his 8-10 yro son walked out of the theater. In fact I saw a lot of younger kids in the theater when I watched it, and had me wondering where in the marketing campaign they got the idea it was for kid kids.

If we’re ranking late night hosts, Stephen is middle of the road for me.

It comes off to me as a misguided attempt at an homage to anime/manga. Misguided, since there’s no reason Alita should be the only character to receive this treatment in this movie.

I’m a huge fan of this series and it’s one of the first comics with body horror elements that really got to me. I’m glad they retained a little bit of that in this movie, although I’m sure they toned it down.

To Bananabunny’s point above (I know a Timmy Bananas, perhaps you are relatives), if you have a gluten-free certification then yeah, your facilities are audited and you must submit end product gluten test results on a regular basis.
