That sounds really odd. I’ve been using nvidia since TNT2 with zero issues. The one time I tried a Radeon, I got nothing but glitchy artifacts and crashes.

Someone here said in a meeting once, “Scheduling is a completely futile task, but we have to do our best job to get it right.” And I think that about sums up my views on it. Just got this game for PC and have my settings maxed-ish with pretty decent framerates. Spent time just walking around the city just to take in the sights. Such a well designed city imo.
