I was about to say the same thing - that's what I do on my BlackBerry, but I had to create those 'corrections' in my auto-text dictionary, so I'm assuming the iPhone also let's you do the same thing? (I plan on getting the iPhone 5 whenever the hell it's released, and I was hoping that they had a user defined

Haha, yup, you sound just like me, I've also had all those same thoughts & concerns. The notification upgrade is huge for me because I've been using BeBuzz on my BlackBerry for as long as I can remember and I just love having different color LEDs for each different notification - and I especially love how you can

Haha, yes, you're assumption is correct, I'm an OSU grad alumn.

I've been an AT&T BlackBerry guy for about 10 years now and decided that when my contract ended this past June I'd hold off on buying a new BB because I want to (finally?) make the switch to the iPhone 5, whenever it came out. Anyways, yeah, I was definitely shocked when I was browsing the BlackBerry's AT&T currently

I see. I was unaware that they could/would do that.. have they always done that?

I've tried to implement that idea (emailing as texting) with my friends on many different occasions over the past few years, but it never works.. they always forget or just don't care. Also, it's not like you have a choice whether you text or not, even if someone sends you a text you're going to be charged the

Same here; me and three of my four closest friends all have November birthdays, so each year we always look for one of these special deals/coupons for a new/different restaurant we'd like to try and all go as a group with our girlfriends & wives.

Like mnerd said, it's funny that you consider it ridiculous for Firefox to do it even though Chrome has been doing it that way since day one.

Clearly a (as you so eloquently put) "group of retarded monkeys" took over your computer and created this post.

Yeah, me too.. I have never heard of any of these sites either.

Yeah, just right-click on the tool bar & select 'Customize' & drag it where you want.

That's the exact same thought I had.. I'm going to hold off on doing this until I find further information about it.

I'm glad someone else caught that - instead of "Short-sighted people will see Marilyn Monroe," it should say "Far-sighted people will see Marilyn Monroe."

To quote Lee Corso from ESPN College GameDay, "Not so fast my friend!"

shabazosu [at] yahoo [dot] com - thanks a million bro!

Yeah, I remember seeing a Dateline or 20/20 report a few years ago about how Apple doesn't care/won't help you find the person who stole your iDevice.

What a coincidence - I spent like 30 mins this afternoon trying to clean a pair of my (originally) white, but now gray, nike running shoes because I was bored. I used the tide stain stick and a clorox bleach pen but neither one really made much of a difference.

Exactly. I had no qualms about paying an extra $2 in order to have the ability to get a 'new' release by mail whenever there was something I wanted to see (which was generally like once a month), but there is no way I can justify paying $8 now for that convenience.

@Casey Chan - I'm the exact same way; and I'm kinda shocked that most people primarily use one method or the other and that people like me are basically outliers (I assumed most people preferred/used both quasi-equally).

I rarely go over 250MB, but yeah, since I was grandfathered in with my unlimited AT&T data plan I'd rather just pay the $5-10 "extra" per month to keep it, because I know the moment I switch plans I'd all of a sudden start using a crap load of data and immediately regret it.
