I've always used this userscript that automatically disables the gallery view and opens everything on one page.

+1, I also did this a few months back.

My best friend (and roommate at the time) died in 2007, and when his parents came to clean out his bedroom they asked if I knew the password to get into his laptop (which I did) but I lied and told them sorry, I don't know.. then once they left I called his older brother and said hey, I just want to give you a heads

According to this site, my gawker email wasn't part of that Gnosis file, even though I could've sworn it was back in December when I originally checked to see if it had been.

Yeah wow, I'm 100% shocked that anyone over like the age of 25 didn't know about this already! I mean, those automatic rear-view mirrors are a generally 'new' fad that have only become popular within the past ~10-12 years or so? I cannot comprehend how this was never mentioned at any point during someones drivers ed

+1 about the chocolate covered cannoli. Nearly all of my (non-Italian) friends had no idea what those were until they met me.

If I read the original article from AddictiveTips correctly, you have to manually run/start this program if you use the portable version, so that pretty much defeats the whole purpose of the program. I don't need to be automatically reminded to eject my USB drive when I'm on one of my own computers

You sound like you'd be tons of fun to hang out with at a bar!

So what's the difference, if any, between turning the box off by pressing the power button on the unit vs. physically unplugging it from the wall - in terms of watts, energy saved/used, etc.?

I have the same box from TWC - I'm assuming by 'off' you mean by pressing the power button on the box itself/from the remote 'off', correct? I didn't know it had this functionality, I'll have to try it.

hawaii2000 is right..

According to the last U.S. Census Bureau figures, only ~30% of the population has a bachelor's degree (or higher), so 'most' people are already not going to college.

I feel sorry for you.. you describe a McDonald's Big Mac as tasting 'amazing.' Seriously?

So, apparently when I drove from CMH to MCO this past christmas, it actually cost me $815, not the $215 that I actually paid. Interesting.

May I ask how/what you used in order to move the URL & menubar to the titlebar?

This is also not the first time they have posted a lengthy post on this exact. same. service. Last time they lured us in by saying we could get our dna mapped for free! However, once you clicked on the post you quickly realized it was nothing but a sham.

So when I entered "movie:thor" (while I was signed into google on my laptop, so it knew my current location), it gave me a list of movie theaters from the thriving metropolis of Thor, Iowa. Haha, fail.

I'm currently interviewing for jobs and every single time I am asked this question I think about that Family Guy scene in my head and smile.

So when you search for something using their 'Search' box on rsvpcodes.com, all it does it redirect you to clicksor.net, which according to WOT is a poorly reputable site, and has nothing to do with what you are searching for.
