It also has lots of Kyle MacLachlan being freaking awesome, which always has value.
Try episode 4. It's got some of the best action the show has done. Then from there episodes 7-10 build to the big Inhuman reveal, and the back half of the season deals with the fallout form that.
I'm not even trying. That's how much you need to get caught up. S2 was never anything short of solid and was generally even better than that.

Seriously, what were the odds when it premiered that SHIELD would play such a big part in the cosmic side of things? The fact that is happening will never cease to make me happy.
