I spent all my teens and early 20s in food service. From dish boy to bus boy to waiter to bartender to cook...and the things that gets drilled into your head are: 1. Full hands. In and out. And 2, Clean as you go.

The last couple of weeks have given most of my guy friends and me time to do this reflecting. A lot of us worked together at a busy restaurant/bar in the late 90s. We’ve all had similar conclusions: what we thought was flirting/part of the culture was most definitely not.

Every time I’ve thought of this over the past few days, I keep thinking about this:
