As an African American, I concur with your thoughts about changing Bond for the sake of diversity, and the cultural appropriation irony. Bond is described very specifically in the novels. To make him black (or gay, or Asian, or whatever) to stifle a miniscule amount of whiners is actually MORE insulting than him being…
I'm your number one fan!
NASCAR suspended Sprint Cup driver Matt Kenseth for two races following an on-track incident this Sunday where he purposely rammed Joey Logano’s race car into the wall at Martinsville Speedway.
Well spoken. While my next car will probably be at least 20 years old (for nostalgia, driving dynamics, and ease of maintenance), I am more concerned about its survivability in a crash with a modern vehicle than with a stationary object. The current robust engineering will most likely drive through my old deathtrap,…
Just wow. This is the most profoundly honest and accurate review of a Bond film I have ever read. Well done on the whole series, looking forward to more of your write-ups!
I fully understand the issues with fuel economy (owned a '79 and an '84 RX-7), but couldn't Mazda find a way to clean up emissions like a gasoline version of AdBlue and particulate filters? And yes, the '79 had a thermal reactor - took 1 month to yank it for a header and straight pipes.
The difference between a proper build and "here, hold my beer".
Just wow. Please tell me that Mrs. Torch hasn't been on the receiving end of a "similar" letter!
"We gonna rock down to, Electric Avenue!"
That's some "Kung Fury" level awesome right there!
Fair point.
If it was a red car.....
If a .gif can be COTD, then you sir, win.
I've owned 2 mod motor Mustangs and daily drive a Hemi Ram. Got no hate for the LS. It's about the only thing GM does right.
It. Was. Awesome.
Top Gear "USA Road Trip" season 16 episode one. The AMG was still the better car for shooting out of, but who would complain about any of them!
My godmother bought a white one new in '89. Slow but comfortable - and that blue velour interior...so, so eighties!
IRS and disc brakes in the 80's, too.
Agreed. VW has Honda on style and material quality (I am a VW and Honda owner).
