Be mindful of which city in Florida you are talking about. North Florida (with the exception of Jacksonville - lived there for a year) is mostly rural, and people know how to handle their guns. Owned for sport, hunting, and protection - not commission of felonies.

Agreed. Bought a 1995 Mk III Golf Sport with 20,000 miles (1997). Sold it at 100,000. One dead battery (80,000), one broken timing belt (on schedule at 60,000), and one flat tire. Other than routine maintenance, BEST car I've ever owned.
