You do you, but I (and I guess a majority of players, based on their decision to keep it) would have been disappointed if they had removed it. I think it really added a lot to the gameplay and environment.

Was anyone else here particularly disturbed by the scene where the women gets sucked into the computer and transformed into an android?   I could never watch this scene as a kid.

The ipad sucks for reading. So do phones. For people who actually read regularly, I want that e-ink. E-readers also come with no distractions, so I can put my phone on do not disturb and, well, not get disturbed. Or distracted by facebook or youtube apps.

I swear by e-ink. Easier on the eyes, lack of notification distractions,  and the battery literally can last anywhere from 3 weeks to 2 months. Much easier to travel with these rather than carrying an extra brick. I don’t even bother with an iPad.

If you read a lot, e-ink and passively lit displays are easier on the eyes. I can spend a lot more continuous time comfortably with my Kindle than I can with a phone or monitor.  Actively lit screens have gotten better, but they still aren’t nearly as easy.
