Agreed on this, though I felt Luclin was tolerable amount of portals. Planes of Power was where it got really bad imo, with all the books in PoK.

The same ‘bug’ applies to abilities as well, it’s not just the stats of a single gun, it’s something mishandled in how the game tries to scale difficulty or the math behind the scenes, almost definitely.
i will fight anyone for you gita i swears it, you are a treasure
The “make me feel guilty for liking it, but perhaps, perhaps, perhaps - that’s okay, right? perhaps I shouldn’t feel guilty at all!” structure is Too Cute by half and feigns injury then projects the fault back on the reviewer. *shrug*
It is super great that you enjoy this game and I’m glad for you, but this is the most aggrieved and victimized post, like, SHEESH. Turning a bad review into reviewers ~guilting~ you for enjoying it.
It’s more like an embellished version of... well, the MP from DAI. You set out on missions where you roll through an enviroment in a group of four, mash your buttons to clear trash and strip off barriers. Press A on the Object (sometimes you will defend Object from waves) then advance to the next clearing filled with…
Totally beside the point, but it was for a Nintendo Wii, because the contest was ‘Hold your wee for a Wii.’
Yeah, Japan definitely doesn’t have any weird taboos about sex or sexuality, they’re much more open-minded. That’s why they’ve spent 50 years exploring psychosexual horror as a genre and have an incredibly conservative culture that is still basically decades away from having any sort of real talk about how it abuses…
She doesn’t actually say Git Gud, it is gibberish, it just happens, that gibberish, sounds kinda like Git Gud if you stretch it and someone tells you it does. :P
Oh, trust me, I have it on two platforms and have gifted it several times, haha.
I am flippin’ vibrating. I am so excited. This idea of a Hornet mode was stretch goal from the kickstarter, then it was going to be DLC, and people felt like it was just going to be like Richter mode in SotN. Instead, we get... ALL THIS. A whole all out sequel. I feel like getting a Team Cherry tattoo.
Except this isn’t a court of law, and there’s no specific legal burden, no one is infringing on some guy’s rights. It is a self-defense network for women. If it gets a false-positive, then... that guy can still do basically anything in life. He doesn’t get sent to Video Game Gitmo or something. And everyone using the…
It doesn’t help that the achievement for completing it is called ‘Growing Up.’ Like, it’s a minor thing, but I know at least for younger lesbians, we’re frequently told we’ll eventually ‘grow up’ and get a husband and have a child. Just a small bit of added irritant.
It’s more convenient than ‘person who is straight and not trans’, if it makes you really uncomfortable, you should probably interrogate your own feelings as to why that is, and then consider how literally everyone who isn’t ‘straight and not trans’ might feel like when they’re being discussed
Why would that be on the list?
Do you have a source on this? Because I feel like I remember him talking about writing all of Durance too. If he *didn’t* write Durance, then that’s someone doing a damn good impersonation of an Avellone character.
Maybe the Army will get them some canvas bags.
I mean, those other avenues are already pretty awful too. Recruiting targeting video games isn’t special, but that doesn’t make it not-bad either.
That is a pretty terrible defense - you’re ceding to ‘infantry or fighter pilots’ being murderers, and then implying everyone else is merely an accessory to murder. Not sure if that’s the point you were hoping to make...
Where was he wrong?
