I don't have this issue, out of sport mode it's quite calm and civilized. Also sport mode on the highway at 95mph is a pretty calm and uneventful experience, since the car doesn't create lift like my dads Sonata.

I know Kicker/Mopar makes a prebuilt sub for the car, no word on how good that is though, and a low profile sub fits pretty well under the passenger seat.
