You could always roll your own. I mean, people are making their own PCB-integrated quadcopters where the frame is also a PCB and it has the ESCs— and sometimes even the flight electronics —all built in. And they can be quite tiny. Like, palm-sized. It shouldn't be any harder to make a tiny R/C car.
