The problem is that what is being offered is never clearly communicated. So people buy in, thinking they are getting one thing, and find something decidedly not what they were lead to believe was in the box.

Took me 3 months to get past 20 and get blue. I've yet to get any legendary or exotic gear by drop. I have an exotic chestplate I bought from Xur that I saved up for since I bought the game. Random drops never give me good gear and all my friends ask me why I'm still only a 26. After 6 months.
