There are videos that show other brands working well with similar placement though. You could argue that its most important in the area he tested as well.

My boy, if you slam your fingers in a car door that you had to shut yourself, that’s your problem. If you get your fingers stuck into an electronic mechanism, that’s the vehicle’s problem.
And now that you’ve popped for big-ticket items, I’d be willing to bet you’ll be saving buku bucks over at least the next two years by addressing those issues.
I’ve never understood the idea that people would want EVs as a rental car. Going to a location like a hotel or VRBO, not knowing if there’s charging stations nearby (or how to use them, if ICE is all you know)...seems like a nope. Not a headache I want to deal with while traveling for biz...
Tesla infamously prioritises new car production over spare parts for repairs. The repair itself being cheap is meaningless if you’re waiting weeks or months for parts to become available. Downtime is a big consideration for fleet maintenance. A Ford might have a higher cost to repair, but you can go pretty much…
I know for some reason we ain’t wild about Teslas here but for being roughly 150K less expensive and at a 380lb ft deficit in power, losing by a third of a second seems.......pretty insignificant?
Only if the sadistic traits were generally pervasive in all those that she surveyed regardless of their car preferences. But if those students who didn’t have a preference for loud cars did not correlate with psychopathic tendencies, but you could rule out the business student factor.
Her husband got a similarly shitty loan, so what’s his excuse?
They say 68 additional passengers capacity, but I’m sure other revenue generating amenities would also be part of the cruise ship stretching, such as bars, restaurant’s, casinos, theatre, etc.
It actually did, but one of them was broken off on takeoff and the other damaged enough that they were able to shake it loose with some hard maneuvers.
Those quotas aren’t going to fill themselves.
I sold my last car with a for sale sign in the window with the car at a Cars and Coffee meet.
Plenty of people, stop being a dick and look outside once in a while.
Why wouldn’t you? Takes like a minute to make (or $1 to buy and fill out) and would increase your chances of selling. Last vehicle I sold, I used both online ads and a physical for sale sign.
Holy crap! Good find.
As a pedestrian or even vehicular (but weight restricted) bridge it seems okay. but you are right about that long span in the middle.
Thanks, since the article mentioned aesthetics I don’t know why they wouldn’t have included a before picture.
It also looks like the diagonals are made from wood.
More I think about it, the dumber it is. The airfoil shape has curves. That weakens the structure for a truss design. Wood doesn’t like curves. If they bent the wood with steam, it might have retained most of its strength, but if they cut it to make a curve so the grains were shortened.. it becomes a lot weaker.…
It’s indescribably beautiful. Definitely worth the cutting corners on the structural soundness of the bridge
