Pomona is notoriously short-the track was laid out long ago. One of the reasons they only run to 1000 ft. rather than 1/4 mile.

This guy is supposed to be an ace hot rod builder-and yet his door latches failed? Latches with secondary second latch (just like in every other car) are completed normal to use. Was he so drunk that he fell into the door handle? Or was the car a POS?
