This is one of the reasons that I’m now loyal to the brand.  I had a good experience with my one and only Audi I owned as well.  Both dealers also have excellent service centers.  I’d own an Audi again, but the diesel issue with VW kind of pissed me off.

No, I get it. Even given all that, I still prefer them for domestic travel most of the time, though I prefer Alaska if we’re going to the east coast (I live in CA). When we go to Hawaii, we use Alaska or Hawaiian. The latter is pretty nice because you can buy upgraded coach seats that are two next to each other alone…

I can get why that would be annoying - but believe it or not, it’s more efficient than the way the other airlines do it.

I fly SW about once a month, sometimes more - I have very little complaints with them compared to most domestic airlines.
