Didn’t someone mail boxes of dildos to the Bundy family compound in Nevada several years ago?

Kramer’s a lot nicer and less cynical. But, yeah, basically.

In general you’re correct. Baby Boomers were born and grew up during a period of unrivaled prosperity, when the average American could land a good paying job- with or without college- and buy a cheap piece of property which would then appreciate in some cases up to 40 times in value over the course of their adult

The boomers faced the Vietnam War, which killed 50,000 of them and wounded 800,000 more. Some were certainly lucky, but others weren’t.

I’m wondering if Trump is the luckiest bastard in modern political history. No, really.

I mean, this is such a mind bogglingly horrible question. I’m scratching my head wondering if we’re taking this teacher out of context somehow. But no, I don’t think we are.

It was low hanging fruit, practically 1970's, almost 50-year-old satire.

Obviously, it wasn’t serious; but, it wasn’t good satire.

We saw very serious labor/anarchist violence in 1886, 1903, 1921, when communist chic was at all time highs, children worked in factories, and most Americans lived in houses without running water or electricity. Even then, none of this violence led to anything closely resembling the French Revolution.

Oh, absolutely. I’m not blaming Inuit for the tax code by any stretch. They lobby, sure, but it’s the fault of our elected representatives that the actual policies pass.

I use Turbo Tax and find the service to be very, very efficient and streamlined, but the fact that they are lobbying for a more complicated tax code is annoying.

Just another prime reason why the Republicans, who have ostensibly been pushing for years for a more simplified tax code, are hypocrites- the new tax code does very, very little to make filing any easier.

No, it doesn’t. I’d also say that being smart and having intellectual depth aren’t exactly synonymous either.

Eh, it’s not that simple. I mean, yeah, Republicans have been a complete disaster in so many ways. But, there are still Republicans for whom free trade and a robust immigration policy are indispensable, and the social issues not so much. Trump has kind of flipped that philosophy on its head.

In the same way that there are Democrats who hate Hillary and love Bernie, or vice versa, there truly are Republicans for whom the differences between Jeb Bush and Donald Trump are enormous.

No, they don’t want to listen. Still, I always choose to respond to blatant racism with facts.

There’s no “black predisposition to criminality.” Believe it or not, Nigerian immigrants to the US not only have a higher mean household income than whites, but constitute a disproportionately tiny percentage of the prison population.

In order to lose your mind you have to have an actual mind to begin with.

Sorry, I have to dismiss you. I dismiss all ad hominem comments. If you want to respond to and criticize my ideas- great! But personal attacks get dismissed.

I wouldn’t be so sure that whites won’t kill other whites again. History has a way of repeating itself in all sorts of ways.
