Buddy had a Mercury Zephyr. 351 windsor with a factory 3 speed with OD. Zero tration in 1st gear but second would torque the left front up in the air and compress the seat backs till 70mph. Faded paint. Ugly as sin but 12 second cars didn’t know what beat them.

I’ve never understood the reasoning of not wearing a helmet. Living in the heart of Harley-land (Milwaukee), the biggest excuse I hear is “well, if it’s my time to go, then so be it” and it is the biggest crock of shit. I have NEVER seen someone get up from an accident and go “WTF mate! That was my time to die!” 99.9%…
