I had a very similar experience, including audible sobbing after Tony’s death.

All throughout the film there were audible reactions for the big moments. Gasps at the “Five Years Later” title card. Moans when Hawkeye’s family got dusted. Applause for Spider-Man’s return. Cheers for the lineup of Marvel ladies ready to assist Captain Marvel. It was amazing.

So this is a legit question — it would be more “aesthetically pleasing” to you if they hedged/closed out more lazily and gave up more open shots defensively and/or jacked up more contested shots early in the shot clock offensively?
