Sure, a lot of folks here talk shit about the C4. But I still remember how excited I was at the age of sixteen when Motor Trend did their first test of an ‘84 preproduction model.  At the time it represented a big step forward from what the C3 had become (don’t get me wrong, I love chrome-bumper C3's).  This ‘89

This happened with Grand Prix Legends  - which is why you have the Coventry 19R instead of a Cooper T81 and the Murasama in place of the Honda RA300.

I’ve got a Madsa Maiti myself.

I dunno, Bahb.  I’m gonna pick da Dadge...

I’ve heard so much about Culver’s that I have resolved to give them a try if I’m ever near one. Since they have locations in Utah and Arizona, that might be easier than I thought since both are a heck of a lot closer to CA than Wisconsin is.

This is the car I would want for a long, leisurely road trip.  The driving experience won’t be much of a thrill, but the ride will be enjoyable.

You’re a pedo, aren’t you? ;)

Not a BTS fan (although I have heard of them!), but I might just check this out for the available sauces.  Might make a nice change from my usual buffalo dipping sauce...

That was a different time.  Before my sister was born, my parents would take trips in their ‘64 Comet with me riding in a playpen set up in the back seat.  After sis came along, the Comet was replaced by a ‘68 Vista Cruiser.  We would ride in the back with all the seats folded down, play games, read, color - whatever

So far I’ve owned two Miatas - a silver ‘91 base that I took to 327K (purchased with 95.5K in May 1999) and my current red ‘90 A package.  I bought the first one because I wanted something more suited to autocross than my ‘85 300ZX, but part of it was also that I’d spent much of my college years lusting for an MGB.

Pontiac Fiero.

Bitchin’.

What year was your dad’s Accord? I had an ‘81 during college, and I was rather impressed by those lights that told you which door was open (also the trunklid/hatch - mine was a 4-door).

The price seems fair to me.  And the car looks good.  All that’s stopping me is the fact that I already own a little red sports car (‘90 Miata).  NP.

During this year’s Rolex 24 I commented to my wife, “Your soon to be favorite IndyCar driver is driving this weekend.” She gave me a blank stare.

Come to think of it, I hardly ever see a Geo anything on the road anymore.

MkI VW Cabriolet:  The official car of rich sorority girls.

There was a time when I really wanted a 3rd-gen Accord coupe.  At the time I had an ‘81 Accord sedan (good little car, btw).

I waited a little longer than that. Shortly after the factory cassette deck in my Z31 quit working, I had an Alpine head unit and CD changer installed in it. This was in early 1997.

You just can’t get more ‘80s than an IROC-Z. Pop out those T-tops, pop in a Motley Crue cassette, and let your mullet flow!
