Stay away from the California-market Z28's. We didn’t get ANY of the good stuff in the late ‘70s and early ‘80s.

This is probably an NP for someone - especially someone who can tolerate all that yellow in the interior - but not for me.  At that price I can find a pretty decent C5, and I’d rather have that than a Mustang anyway.
