Funny you should mention you work on German cars - the replacement for the Sebring was a 2002 Mercedes E320. While it hasn’t needed major attention in the six years we’ve owned it, it is much easier to work on.
That pic was taken at Sonoma, wasn’t it?
That’s just silly.
I used to have a ‘98 Sebring JXi (my wife’s car). I changed a battery in it once. Removing the wheel was the easy part; there is next to no space in the battery compartment and you have to get it lined up just right in order to slide it home.
I’m not a professional mechanic, but when we had my wife’s ‘98 Sebring JXi I invented new curse words almost every time I wrenched on it. At one time I remarked that if I ever met the designer of that car, I would kick him in the crotch so hard his testicles would leave an exit wound.
Also Jeep XJ, ZJ, and some others.
Clearly you are not as SAV-vy as BMW’s marketing department!
Not a big fan of CR-V’s, and not really into offroading either. But this is cool.
I don’t know how they assign a value to a car like this (other than recent sales), but for what it is, I think it’s an easy NP. This Caddy is probably at least worth the $18K the seller is asking.
I like the look of the interior, except for that tablet jutting out of the top of the center stack.
Boy, does it ever. This was what it took to displace Fair Warning as Van Halen’s least commercially successful album - and Fair Warning is worlds better than VH3.
“This is not okay. Don’t you realize that a huge portion of the people who actually eat your mac n’ cheese are children?!” read one of the comments on Kraft’s Instagram page. “Please delete this!! Unacceptable!” wrote another.
The Pontiac Vibe is, and I quote, a hateful s-box?
On my Miatas, I always replaced the water pump at the same time I did the timing belt. It isn’t driven by the timing belt, but the timing belt does have to come off in order to change it. I just thought of it as cheap insurance.
