I have a friend whose wife miscarried about a week before her due date and she had to deliver the fetus. It was devastating to the both of them to lose the child so late, but enduring a delivery of a dead fetus was especially rough on them. 

It was caught on camera (by someone, or by a camera on a tripod or whatever) and shared online by Gary O’Donoghue.
