You sniff Liquid Paper while constantly calling each other a "huge mistake"?

cross jibber jabber

I used to work at an absolutely horrible corporate telecom marketing job. However bad an image that may conjure in your mind, I assure you that it was several parsecs worse. One saving grace of this job was that, by and large, I genuinely liked my non-management co-workers, most of whom had the same opinion of the

A buddy of mine once told him about an older Stanford MBA-type office colleague (and apparently a decent guy with a wickedly acerbic sense of humor) who took a liking to him... they had a career conversation, and Stanford told my buddy that the key to long-term success was to always "mill about smartly." My buddy

What the fuck does that mean?

Was that a comment to a meaningless story or the fucking Illiad? Jesus Christ, no wonder they hate you.

That's right... you can't comprehend.

Frankly, I would think this was awesome even if it was about Scalia. The fact that it is about our best justice IMHO... that's just world domination.

+1 inappropriate scratch

Very, very well said. I just want to thank the guy and tell him that he (and his protege Colbert as well) had the amazing quality of not only doing everything you said, but also making you feel like you'd love to be friends with the guy. He just exudes kindness, decency, and integrity on top of epic talent.

man, I generally like your work, but I don't know what you're talking about. I thought both articles made excellent, if somewhat contradictory, points. They didn't come off as assholes at all.

I'm pretty sure this is a bullshit story.

OMG... that drummer story... OMG. This musician (and former waiter) thanks you from the bottom of his trying-not-to-beat-too-loud heart.

you're so smart!

In my time (class of 1992, Mather House) they were called finals clubs. Or maybe we were just idiots in my rooming group, which is a distinct possibility.

it's about ethics in retired baseball bro journalism

I saw more insane, dysfunctional behavior at Harvard than anywhere else before or since BY FAR, including SEC schools. I spent college with mostly great people overall, to be sure, but there was an abundance of ridiculous bro nonsense as well.

As a former Harvard football player and Finals Club reject, I find every aspect of this story to be simultaneously hilarious and depressing... not the least of which is the fact that it all came from a source called "BroBible." People who didn't attend a highbrow Ivy League school would probably be shocked at the
