Heck, let’s let the people use these too... I’d be happy to tag all the police cars on the road with Waze-integration as I’m driving along. What’s good for the goose...

I’ve been using Hiya on my family’s phones for a while, and it works pretty well. I did have the same problem of missing tracking - somehow, it seems the app would stop running and never restart. Running it manually again would often fix the problem. I’m also running their beta version now, which has fewer of those

Stop breaking the law? Agreed! Iowa should stop breaking the law by putting up illegally low speed limits! https://priceonomics.com/is-every-speed-limit-too-low/

We could Make America Gate(shift) Again!

Except, when comparing across classes, the star ratings are not apple-to-apples. The star ratings are for safety within a particular size or class of vehicle, therefore it’s a myth to say the smaller car with the higher rating is safer than a larger vehicle. Ref:

In most cases, the person doing the speed limit in the left lane is also driving illegally: http://jalopnik.com/5501615/left-lane-passing-laws-a-state-by-state-map - the left lane is for PASSING in most states... doesn’t matter how fast or slow you’re going.

I work in robotics and automation and I was thinking the same thing. “Collaborative”robots are another dumb idea. We need to just keep the dumb people out of the way so that the robots can do their job - usually faster and more efficiently and reliably than the person ever did. Trying to mix humans with the robots is

Or how Apple restricts performance on the iPhone because... well, I don’t know why they would do this, but it’s typical Apple: https://forums.appleinsider.com/discussion/196836/apple-confirmed-limiting-iphone-7-qualcomm-modem-to-keep-performance-on-par-with-intel-chip

What about the teachers? Teachers don’t deserve the love? (I’m not one, my family has teachers!)

“If most things fit, but a few things don’t, we reject the outliers.”

Forget “free thinking”... any thinking at all would be welcome. Jesus himself preached to help the needy and such... yet these same “christians” are anti-immigration etc. Basically, read the damn bible you claim to cherish, morons.

“If you have nothing to hide...”

I agree. I think the problem is that people assume that exposure to something like that automatically makes it a “gateway” to doing it. Assuming the person is normal and can properly separate fantasy from reality, this is absolutely not the case. For example, how many times do we hear that rock or heavy metal will

I totally LOLed with that picture. Some religions can be so friggen ridiculous.

Exactly... all this talk of heath insurance will do NOTHING to change the cost of care. That’s where the real problem lies. Coverage is certainly important... but the cost is a big problem that needs to be addressed. The only way is through transparency... right now, you can’t even get a straight answer from a

As others said, we also use a single KeePass DB. I started it myself before we met, so I only added a folder for her specific stuff and we went forward from there. I had a lot of other folders, but because of the search I don’t really need to “organize” it in any other way - just leave her stuff in her folder, and the

Very nice car indeed (I like my ATS 3.6... don’t love it because it’s not a manual). But Cadillac’s biggest issue is there AWFUL service. The corporate service center does nothing to help you with anything, and just throws the issue back at the dealer (who won’t do anything properly in the first place). I have never

Meh. I had 160k on my overboosted (18psi) Subaru 2.5L (2006 Legacy GT) and had no issues either... and, supposedly, it’s less reliable for reasons mentioned by others. At least that motor was fun compared to the 22. I’m not saying the 22 wasn’t a good motor, but it’s not a big deal these days.

Also a perfect reason for why we don’t need “dealerships” anymore. Do all the financial checking up-front, online, then leave the dealership as a place to test drive. Get the salespeople out of the equation - saves everyone money and they’re usually useless when it comes to information anyway.
