Actually I feel cooking anchovies gives them an unpleasant flavor. If you haven’t tried adding anchovies to pizza after its cooked I suggest you try it. I read that cooking them activates or changes some chemical, and I’ve always wondered why the ‘chovies on pizza seemed... not as good...but since I’ve added them…
