I’d never call myself a conservative but yeah I voted for him last time and I will again. I do think there’s an inherent hubris in social engineering that obscures the negative effects of “taking action”. When we’re not sure if we know the correct way to address an issue often less is more.

If that’s an honest calculus, and there’s another candidate more in-line with your thinking, that’s all good.

The vast majority of Trump’s contributions to his own campaign are loans rather than donations. This means he could expect to eventually recoup these funds. And of his expenditures, most of that money has been payed to Trump owned companies and family members.

Let’s be clear here, Trump is Nathan Lane as Max Bialystock. Not Zero Mostel. And whoever his Leo Bloom is (Manafort?) can be Matthew Broderick, because fuck if I’m comparing any of these people to Gene Wilder.
