Agreed. I’ll never forget the first (of many) times I saw Titanic in the theater- there’s the love story, the mixing of classes and whatnot... then they fade to a shot of the ship sailing into the night, and I was like, OH SHIT, I forgot this sumbitch is going to sink!!!

Cavill’s already expressed a serious interest in Eisenhorn; I think that’s the best way to introduce 40k to most people. It worked for my dad, who knows nothing about the game, but is now seriously into the books.

Apropos of nothing, but every time I scroll through here I see that lead picture and think it’s a human form somebody created out of ground beef. 

Seriously. I wish there was one close to me. I’d go to the movies more often. As it is, unless there’s something I absolutely MUST see on a big screen, I’ll wait until it hits streaming.

Seriously, Cavill playing Eisenhorn would be AMAZING. The role allows for character development as opposed to playing cold emotionless space marines.
