But my shoes will be on a trail so I need an off road vehicle!”

These idiots aren’t going to buy one anyway, they’re gonna buy the CUV that the wife insist on.

Honestly, the looks of the 370Z were never the issue, it was the aging powertrain, platform, and interior. Personally, I think the 370z looks great. I like the back quarter in the silhouette, it looks a lot like a 240z.

No. these Apple using Chips and Karens with trucks are doing it becuase they have the latest and greatest, not for any perceived value. We drive our cars because we have a passion for them.

If you think the amount of trucks American’s drive is in any way proportional to their need, and they aren’t driven purely as a status symbol and a sign of a political and cultural in-group, you’re blind.

You are an idiot. a fatality is a fatality and you are valuing your life above everyone else’s. Nice kind of serial killer vibe going here.

Truck bros on here are thin skinned mutherfuckers.   Ya don’t like it?  Then don’t read it.  Goddamn, it ain’t that hard.

Agreed about Erik Shilling, however, if you don’t need a truck, don’t buy a truck. they are heavier, handle worse, have worse aerodynamics, and are less safe than any car.

Yeah I’ve just never understood why they take things like this so personally. Like you’re actually out here getting mad online, my dudes.

I don’t own a truck but if I had a need I absolutely would, and I support anyone who wants to buy a truck. Erik’s shade tossing doesn’t bug me in the slightest.

This. If I need to occasionally haul something, I’ll go for a SUV or crossover that has fold down seats.  I don’t need a tricked out F-150 or RAM just to drive to the mall.

The modern replacement for small work trucks are small vans. In many ways, they are superior to the old small pickups, offering an enclosed cargo hold, better fuel economy, and better safety and handling.

No. For much of my life, I considered buying a pick up to carry mulch, home improvement supplies, motorcycles, etc., but never coveted a large pickup and especially not an expensive one. As I have aged, I have come to appreciate a vehicle that is high enough to spare my aging back on entry and exit, so I might still

Neutral: Myself I have to wonder what’s going to happen in three to five years when there’s a glut of these things on the market. A pickupocalypse is pretty clearly in the cards if you just look at buyer demographics, although I’d be curious to see if people who need actual work vehicles snap ‘em up.

Corporations do not “go union.” Their employees do. Corporations can, however, provide better compensation to avoid employees deciding to form a union.

If it is only a minor problem, why has the seller not already taken care of it? If they haven’t, then that says that it either ain’t a minor problem or that the seller is so incapable of basic repairs that it is going to be a whole mess of undiagnosed problems and incomplete maintenance. CP.

The “gas cap” problem isn’t that it’s missing; it means the evaporative cannister installed in the system to catch stray gas fumes is kaput. Replacement is freaking expensive. Ask me how I know this . . .

Just needs a gas cap, and the seller couldn’t be bothered? RED FLAG!

17K for a clapped out FCA product with 100K+ miles

3rd this. Still own a 2008 350Z and love it. Sure, it’s not perfect, but it’s a great car for the price.

I’m not convinced you are literate at all. The motherfucking conclusions, in big bold letters, are: “Electric cars are much cleaner than internal combustion engine cars over their lifetime,” “Battery manufacturing life-cycle emissions debt is quickly paid off,” and “Incorporating electric vehicle life-cycle
