I’m not sure where the $3000 for a family sedan figure came from. In my area, to wrap a family sedan is $7000-9000 if you want it done right. $3000-4000 will get you something that look very DIY.
If you can’t pay what the market is demanding, then your business model is broken.

More police isn’t needed. Traffic cameras are more effective and safer. The tech and capabilities are already there.

The taxes are setup so that visitors to the state bare the weight of the taxes that help fund the airports, infrastructure, etc… it sucks when you are traveling for vacation (despite nearly every city, state, country doing it) but for business travel the company picks up the bill.

The purpose of bike lanes is to influence people to bike instead of drive thus reducing traffic. More parking spots influences more driving.
Most of the bike lanes in the U.S. seem to be a gesture, at best. To be truly affective, a bike lane should be separated from the main road.
