The list includes ITT Tech, which was primarily a trade / technical school for things like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, automotive, etc. The issue isn’t field of study, it’s that these schools never actually provided the education, nor had the credentials, that they advertised.

You are correct. I had student loans from the early 90s that were not dischargeable by bankruptcy. I don’t know if the above poster is lying intentionally or just misinformed, but this didn’t happen suddenly in 2005 and Joe Biden isn’t the reason.
