Corporate cronyism =/= free market. Huge difference there.

Indeed, “industry disruption” is the techy marketing term for, “If we ignore labor, tax, and whatever other laws we feel like, business is more profitable for us and the shareholders.”

Bezos and his peers have legalized theft. They are a drain on our society and we will be a Third World nation if they aren’t stopped.

They are charging them with them same laws they would come after you with if you used your office phone to ask if the water delivery guy wanted to buy a box of your daughter’s girl scout cookies after he said call me when they go on sale with.

Money laundering, wire fraud, tax evasion, things like that. The entire system is a conspiracy to commit tax evasion, but the ringleader of the racket is the NCAA which prevents players from claiming their income legally.

What laws are these people breaking? Wasn’t aware that NCAA violations were cause for FBI to come in.

To answer #2, this investigation really targets money laundering/wire fraud at multi-national corporations like Adidas and Nike. Demolishing the NCAA’s facade of amateurism is just a side effect.

So here’s the issue, money laundering and wire fraud are still illegal, even if the NCAA is bullshit (and it is).

1) Who cares? We all knew the best players are getting paid under the table, pay em legit. The NCAA is such a giant charade of funneling money out of young black men’s hands to old white dudes. Paying these dude’s shouldn’t be illegal in the first place.

“This can’t be real” I say to myself on an hourly basis.

This is the equivalent of old Trump tweets.

What’s this world coming to when you can’t believe a t-shirt anymore? Next, you’ll tell me my buddy at the bar ISN’T a female body inspector.

“No collusion....no collusion.”

I don’t comment online

Oh Russia, never change.

PabloNeruda is a troll trying to mock over the top commenters with posts that devolve into parody. He thinks that “I’m pretending to be a dumb liberal” means he’s not actually stupid.

Remington’s new model for 2018 - the MR-15. Cheap to buy, fires blanks and melts down to a pile of slag in front of a determined teen.
