I think there needs to be a little clarification the Mondasian Cybermen. This IS the first version of the Mondasian Cybermen, who were only seen in the Tenth Planet. But in classic Doctor Who, from the Tenth Planet to Silver Nemisis, all Cybermen are Mondasian.

In the modern age, yes the film itself and many others are shot in color. BUt older films were not, with the color added in post.

no voice track. No lips moving. George Miller has over 300 + hours of footage. So its possible to edit out all lip moving.

Will be nothing from what i understand. Any lip moving will be edited out. Not sure how full of an extent this will be though.
