He was originally Jetfire, the name was changed for the original cartoon only to Skyfire/. He has been named Jetfire in all comic series and toys and other various media.

He was still Jetfire in the comic, his initial design was more toy, then he was rebuilt in to the cartoon design, but still kept the Jetfire name.

Cullen Bunn, the writer of X-Men Blue, has been writing him for the past three years, first in a ‘Magneto’ solo title, then as the leader of the team in the latest ‘Uncanny X-Men’, and it’s been quite good (if you don’t mind Magneto being a hypocrite, which is Bunn’s take on the character).

I mean the product itself, not the distributor. There’s no way that this product would move 5,000 units faster or more reliably than, say, a straight-up Leonardo figure in classic style, IMO.
