I do not understand how the prosecutors could think rape is a "gray area" that would be hard to prove to a jury. If a child kidnapped, locked in a fucking dog cage and tortured isn't rape, then what is?

This. I am a prolific note taker. They are all in print not cursive. My printing is plenty fast thank you very much. 

As someone who struggled with cursive in elementary school, FUCK THAT NOISE. It’s not necessary and people need to stop wishing for crap like this to make a comeback.
